I was born in Bellevue, Washington. After I completed my education, I moved to West Seattle in 1990. Like a lot of West Seattleites, I would find it difficult to move away from our "little" corner of the Northwest.

I have seen the West Seattle Junction grow from a fairly sleepy business district to the one we have now, with quality restaurants, coffee shops, night spots, theatre, street fairs, festivals, the farmers' market and more.
